This is Akatenugui Inari Shrine in Osaka City, Japan.
A red hand towel is hung in the chozuya.
It is said that people in old times dedicated red towels to the shrine, which led to the name “Akatenugui Inari Shrine”.
It is a small shrine built between buildings.
